Ramica Chase is a dedicated family support leader, trauma-informed practitioner, and community advocate whose career reflects more than a decade of service, compassion, and commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.

She began her professional journey in 2010 as a Home Health Aide, where she developed a deep respect for dignity, patience, and compassionate care. She later advanced to become a Certified Medication Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant, and in 2011 completed Medical Assistant training, working in a specialty practice affiliated with George Washington University. These early experiences provided Ramica with a strong foundation in clinical support while shaping her holistic approach to care.

By 2015, Ramica transitioned into long-term care as a CNA in nursing home settings, further strengthening her commitment to person-centered support. Her passion for mentorship and youth empowerment led her to Job Corps in 2019, where she served as a Residential Advisor supporting teens and young adults—including teen mothers and formerly incarcerated youth—before quickly advancing into the role of Career Counselor.

Ramica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Concentration in Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a Certified Trauma Support Specialist (Arizona Trauma Institute, 2023), MANDT certified (2023), and a Registered Behavioral Technician (2022), bringing a trauma-responsive and developmentally informed lens to every environment she serves.

In 2023, Ramica stepped into nonprofit leadership as Program Director for Youth Enrichment Services, where she oversaw curriculum development, staff supervision, community partnerships, and program operations. Her ability to lead with empathy, structure programs with intention, and create supportive environments positioned her as a trusted leader in youth and family services.

In 2025, inspired by her personal journey, professional expertise, and unwavering belief in the power of guided support, Ramica founded A Maze of Dreams, LLC. As Founder and Managing Director, she blends her clinical background, trauma-informed training, and community-based experience to provide in-home childcare, non-medical respite care, parent support, and advocacy for families navigating complex care needs.

Ramica’s work is driven by heart, purpose, and a lifelong commitment to being a steady, empowering presence—helping families move forward with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
